As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll focus on the brokerage side of our business - providing unique carrier solutions to our valued customers’ diverse transportation needs. By building strong relationships through exceptional service, you will develop and manage an individual portfolio of premier carriers and build your personal brand. The key to your success is driving results and profitability through demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain carrier relationships
• Negotiate competitive rates with carrier through a deep understanding of the market
• Deliver world-class service to our carriers, customers and AFN teammates
• Fulfill other duties as required

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or HS Diploma/GED/Associates Degree required
• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service, sales position, or equivalent role preferred
• Prior experience in inside sales role preferred
• Ninja-like multi-tasking
