As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide premier transportation services to AFN customers by executing critical daily operations and collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure AFN meets and exceeds customer expectations. The key to your success is driving results and profitability through demonstrated initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide account execution to assist in effectively supporting AFN’s client portfolio
• Administer scheduling execution for all assigned shipments
• Providing tracking updates for customers
• Deliver world-class service to our carriers, customers and AFN teammates
• Fulfill other duties as required

Job Requirements


• High School diploma or GED required; some college strongly preferred
• 2-4 years in a customer service, operations, or administrative role required
• Prior experience working in transportation preferred
• Ability to juggle/prioritize multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
• Strategic & process improvement driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
